Sara is the bomb! I asked her to fix the hatchet job I got at Supercuts and she was a miracle worker! You can tell when someone knows how to cut a taper/fade because they are deliberate and take their time to get it right. Sara did just that. Will definitely be going back to see her.

Hit or miss with stylists. My last one was very poorly done and uneven, have to basically shave my head to fix it. Could have done better at home myself.

Arrived at the location at 4:30, which had posted closing hour of 5 p.m. While signing in somebody rushed up to me and literally stopped me from inputting my phone number (how you sign in at Sportclips) and said they were closing early for a "team training" event. No sign was posted on the door, as any well-run business would have announced it. Had I seen a sign I never would have entered, as I don't like to go into a place right at closing time. Instead I had to drive to the South Pasadena location... which took me up to 4:57 to get there. I arrived basically at closing time and THEY said nothing in South Pasadena, and never said anything about 5 p.m. or closing. I know both locations are owned by the same owner, but the Pasadena location really left me angry, and I was impressed by the accommodating attitude of the South Pasadena location. I may take my business to the South Pasadena location, even though inconvenient, from hereon.
